Welcome to the Foreign Language in Elementary Schools (FLES) website!
FLES is an exciting language and culture program providing quality language instruction before and after school for children in Kindergarten – 6th grade. We are a part of MCCPTA-EPI, a non-profit organization partnering with school communities to bring foreign language to elementary and middle schools in Montgomery County , Maryland since 1975. Our classes are coordinated through Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) in cooperation with the public schools.
We have 35 years of experience in our field, we offer Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and French classes right at your school and our classes are lively, fun and educational!
FLES Highlights
Registration for Winter Beginner and Introductory classes extended through January 12, 2012!

Adventures in Fairy Tales – The Little Red Hen - 2nd-5th grade students, currently participating in Beginner classes, can continue the program and register for our brand new 12-week Beginner winter session

Many thanks to our 94 dedicated and energetic volunteer PTA Parent Coordinators who have successfully launched Spanish, Chinese and French classes in 70 schools for over 2,000 children this fall!
